KITCHEN AND GAME ROOM ARE OFFLIMITS FOR EVENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
BUILDING ONLY RENTS FROM 8 am TO MIDNIGHT (ADDITIONAL FEES FOR PARTIES AFTER MIDNIGHT)
ALL RENTALS ARE REQUIRED 2 HOUR MINUMUM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
TABLE LINENS ARE DEPENDENT ON COLOR AND SIZE ($5 - 8)

All rental forms must be picked up at the front desk
**Rental Application, Room Agreement, and Damage Retainer Forms must be signed before any payments will be accepted.** 

Events that will be serving alcohol must have a IDAHO ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CATERING PERMIT or an ALCOHOL LICENSE. A copy of approved permit must be turned in to Lake City Center prior to event.
Catering Permits:  State and county beverage licenses must be current and a copy of the state license must be presented at the time of application. If the catered event is within city limits, you must get a catering permit from that specific city, not the county. The fee for a catering permit is $20 per day.
