All rental forms must be picked up at the front desk
**Rental Application, Room Agreement, and Damage Retainer Forms must be signed before any payments will be accepted.**

Banquet Room $125 per hour with $75 cleaning fee
Library/Conference Room $80 per hour with $25 cleaning fee
Meeting Room $60 per hour with $25 cleaning fee
*cleaning fee cannot be waived*
