KITCHEN IS OFFLIMITS FOR EVENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

BUILDING ONLY RENTS FROM 8 am TO 10 pm (No exceptions) for all rooms

ALL RENTALS ARE REQUIRED 2 HOUR MINUMUM (No Exceptions)

TABLE LINENS $25 FOR HOUSE COLORS (special orders are additional cost)

All rental forms must be picked up at the front desk
**Rental Application, Room Agreement, and Damage Retainer Forms must be signed before any payments will be accepted.**

Banquet Room $125 per hour with $75 cleaning fee

Library/Conference Room $80 per hour with $25 cleaning fee

Meeting Room $60 per hour with $25 cleaning fee

               *cleaning fee cannot be waived*

**There is a $100 retainer if there is wine and beer served at events in case of damages.**
